Yes. Every EV needs a flatbed - the drive motors stay engaged with the wheels. We move Teslas, Rivians, Mustang Mach-Es, Lucids, and Hummer EVs regularly. If the battery is completely dead and the transport mode will not engage, we have workarounds.

Yes. Tennessee law (Tenn. Code Ann. § 55-16-112) requires a garagekeeper or towing firm to get express written authorization before towing from private property - from the property owner or an authorized agent, naming the vehicle, the reason for the tow, and the plate or VIN where available. We sign that agreement with apartment complexes, HOAs, and retail lots across the metro and handle the paperwork on our side. No cost to the property. DeSoto County, MS and West Memphis/Marion, AR properties fall under their own states' authorization rules instead of Tennessee's - we handle those the same way, just under different statutes.

If a private tow company towed you, Tennessee law requires them to get written authorization from the property owner before the tow (Tenn. Code Ann. § 55-16-112).
